This is heartfelt and from my dad who was part of the liberation of Holland and my mom who endured through the war(she is German), thanks to all the men, women and all civilians who have seen and endured war and its aftermath. This was wonderful for you to put that here

Thank you, Kevin - my dad was only 17 when he fought in the Pacific at both Iwo Jima and Okinawa. It's a shame that people cannot respect one another and live without terror and greed. I'm so glad to know you! xo

My dad was a Canadian dispatch rider in the 2nd World War. Poor guy; he was only 19. He came out of it with the end of his thumb missing and a cute Scottish bride, my Mum.
