Thank you, Kevin - my dad was only 17 when he fought in the Pacific at both Iwo Jima and Okinawa. It's a shame that people cannot respect one another and live without terror and greed. I'm so glad to know you! xo
That is beautiful, Kevin. Thank you for posting this. My dad was a Canadian dispatch rider in the 2nd World War. Poor guy; he was only 19. He came out of it with the end of his thumb missing and a cute Scottish bride, my Mum.
